Bowling

A couple of Sunday's ago we went bowling with a group of people from church. The boys had a ton of fun and did very well.

I have no words.....

Most of you have seen my past blog posts, so this shouldn't be too suprising. I just couldn't let this moment pass without taking a picture.

For some reason they think it is really fun to wear my socks and shoes around the house. Gotta love their imagination!

Deer and Snowmobiles

Last weekend we headed down to Cherri and Gerry's to celebrate the Peter Christmas. On the way down the boys spotted some deer and more deer and more deer. I bet overall we seen over 100 - it was insane!

Here are just a few. I have never seen this many deer in my life. We continued down this road and saw many more fields just littered with deer.

When we got to Cherri and Gerry's the first thing the boys asked was if they could have a snowmobile ride. Gerry was nice enough to get bundled up and take the boys for a spin. They actuall went out twice. It was freezing outside and thankfully Cherri had face masks for they boys. They had a blast though, we will definately have to go down for another ride.

We're Hunt'n Wabbits

The other night the boys were playing so good -- I mean hunting. They had big pens as their guns, binoculars, flashlights and they were hunting for MONSTERS!!! They had all the lights off and were using their flashlights to locate the Monsters. They played so good and it was very entertaining.

Good thing they weren't outside as they were missing most of their hunting clothes!

Ferrie Christmas

We celebrated the Ferrie Family Christmas on New Year's Eve. It was nice to have everyone there and just hang out.

Here are all the "Ferrie" Grandkids. It was hard to pick out a picture as there were no pictures where they were looking at the camera at the same time.

Playing farm with Grandpa - Grandpa built them a Machine Shed (like Uncle Gerry's) for all their machinery.

Christmas 2010

Christmas morning 2010 was very exciting for the boys. They all got what they asked Santa for and were all smiles......................until Grayson realized that Santa brought Asher a guitar and he didn't get one. I tried to explain that he didn't ask for one, but the tears kept right on a flowin. Needless to say, we had to make a trip to town the next day so Grayson could use his Christmas money from Great Grandma and Grandpa Weaver to get himself a guitar. Now they are all happy!

Here is Asher posing with his guitar. The first thing he said when he opened the guitar is "now I can sing at church with Jason." I think we will have to take him down to church during a rehearsal so he can play his guitar with them. If you scroll to the end of this blog you can hear him sing a little Christmas music.

After the we finished opening gifts, we headed out to mom and dad's to spend the day. Here is a view from their picture window.

I made some Christmas Candy and Asher helped me clean up the spatula.

While we were making candy, Grandma and Eston were playing the guitar. Grandma used to play for us when we were little but she hasn't played for a long time.

Okay, so when I was little my Grandpa made sleds like this for all of us, painted them read and put our name and the year on them. We all have them hanging on our trees. So, this year Grandpa made some for the kids and we spent a little time painting them Christmas Evening. Here is Grayson holding up the before.....

Then we hung them all up from the light fixture to dry. They did a pretty good job.

Then we had some relaxation time with Grandma while Grayson played some music on his "bitar."

Paulson Christmas

This year we celebrated Christmas with the Paulson's on Christmas Eve. We had a great time and the kids got everything they wanted +++++.

Once we were done opening presents, it was time for the boys to pig pile on Tyler. It was quite the pile and suprisingly - NO ONE got hurt!
