This past Friday there was a mass shooting at an elementry school in CT.  This was so hard for us to hear and think about so we decided not to tell the boys.  The boys went to school on Monday like it was any other day.  For the most part it was a normal day for them and there were only a few questions regarding Friday's tragedy. 
When Tim went to Bonner to pick up the boys from Tiger Time, a Sheriff met him at the door.  Tim was told that all the kids were evacuated and moved to Central as a precaution, but everyone was okay.  This is all we knew for several hours.  Around 6pm we received a message from the school letting us know that there had been a bomb threat at Bonner. 
The school was searched and no bomb was found.  School continued today although I am sure it was hard for everyone to leave their kids.  Hug your kids and thank the teachers!

October 2012

October was a busy, but FUN month.  We had pictures in the park with cousins, field trips, farmin' and fire trucks!

Brecken came along with us to the park.  He climbed right up in the tree with his cousins.

Owen came down to the park to hang out.  He was all smiles! SO freaking cute!!

 Tim and I were able to chaperone the kindergarten field trip to Northwoods Orchard.  It was decided that I would go with Grayson's class this time and then I could go with Asher's on the Spring field trip. This is me and my crew - they are a very competative group!

Here is Tim with his group.  This was Tim's first time Chaperoning a field trip.  He had a lot of fun with the kiddos. 

 We only made it to Cherri and Gerry's once this fall for harvest.  This particular day they were putting in a new culvert. Asher and Grayson had a great time helping!

October was also Fire Prevention month, so we were able to visit the fire station.  Here is Grayson trying out the fire hose.

Asher had to take his turn too.  This is always a highlight.

September 2012

September was a big month in the Paulson house.  Eston started 3rd Grade (Crazy) and the twins started Kindergarten (Even Crazier).
