Happy 7th Birthday

May 16th marked Eston's 7th Birthday. It is hard to believe he is already this old. His brothers and I suprised him by bringing cupcakes to his classroom for milk break.

Here are his fancy cupcakes. Thank you to aunt Lauri for picking these up on her way home from work.

He even posted for a picture.

What an exciting day. We then headed to the classroom next door as they had an chick that was about to hatch. We were able to watch it on the big monitor. The kids all cheered when it finally broke through.

Then we went back to Eston's classroom to find that their first chick had hatched. Since it hatched on Eston's birthday, he got to name it - Fluffy Jr.
